Pour cela, ils utilisent le plus souvent une solution de <strong>questionnaire en ligne<\/strong>. Ils gagnent ainsi un temps consid\u00e9rable dans la construction de leur enqu\u00eate gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une interface simple et conviviale. Une solution d\u2019emailing int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au logiciel permet de relancer les personnes qui n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9pondu. Le d\u00e9pouillement est automatis\u00e9 et en temps r\u00e9el. On constate alors que peu d\u2019acteurs souhaitent mesurer les r\u00e9sultats des prestations mises en place. De plus, cette incitation ne pousse pas les entreprises \u00e0 quantifier&nbsp;les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices apport\u00e9s. L\u2019entreprise ou le responsable ne la consid\u00e8re comme importante ou urgente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Il est difficile d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats valables<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sa mise en place est co\u00fbteuse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les entreprises n\u2019ont pas forc\u00e9ment le temps<\/strong>. Elle est parfois\u00a0consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une charge suppl\u00e9mentaire. Hors la mise en place d\u2019une appr\u00e9ciation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un<strong> <\/strong>logiciel de questionnaire en ligne\u00a0apportera un gain de temps cons\u00e9quent, tant dans la construction des enqu\u00eates\u00a0que dans la collecte des r\u00e9sultats qui se fera en temps r\u00e9el.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Il est possible de provoquer une r\u00e9ticence aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette absence de demande peut aussi nuire aux formateurs qui n'auront pas la possibilit\u00e9 de mesurer leurs r\u00e9sultats et donc de se d\u00e9marquer de leurs pairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On ne sait pas n\u00e9cessairement ce que l\u2019on veut\u00a0mesurer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, force est de constater que&nbsp;pour mesurer les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l'apprentissage,&nbsp;<strong>il est n\u00e9cessaire&nbsp;de savoir \u00e0 quoi serviront les r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;et&nbsp;ce qu\u2019on en fera<\/strong>. Si on n\u2019a pas la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions, on ne trouvera que peu d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 quantifier les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les centres p\u00e9dagogiques&nbsp;sont plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de mettre en place une appr\u00e9ciation&nbsp;car certains commanditaires sont particuli\u00e8rement exigeants en la mati\u00e8re. Au-del\u00e0 de la simple satisfaction des apprenants, le ROI permet de <strong>d\u00e9montrer concr\u00e8tement l'impact financier des actions de formation<\/strong> sur la performance de l'entreprise. Pour le calculer, il convient de comparer les co\u00fbts engag\u00e9s (conception, animation, logistique, temps des participants) aux gains mesurables : augmentation de la productivit\u00e9, r\u00e9duction des erreurs, am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 ou diminution du turnover. Cette approche chiffr\u00e9e facilite les arbitrages budg\u00e9taires et renforce la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des services formation aupr\u00e8s de la direction. Les entreprises qui int\u00e8grent cette dimension dans leur processus d'\u00e9valuation constatent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une meilleure allocation de leurs ressources p\u00e9dagogiques et une implication accrue des managers dans le suivi post-formation. Le ROI transforme ainsi l'\u00e9valuation d'une obligation administrative en outil de pilotage strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le manque de comp\u00e9tences\u00a0sur le sujet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La comp\u00e9tence en mati\u00e8re de mesure des r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;n\u2019est pas toujours d\u00e9tenue par les responsables de l'apprentissage. De plus, ils&nbsp;n\u2019ont pas toujours acc\u00e8s aux outils disponibles sur le march\u00e9. En effet, si un responsable n\u2019a pas d\u2019outils \u00e0 disposition, comme un logiciel de questionnaire en ligne, et que l\u2019organisation dans laquelle il travaille n\u2019a pas de processus sp\u00e9cifiques, il lui sera difficile de mener \u00e0 bien sa mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La crainte de l'\u00e9valuation d'une formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesurer les r\u00e9sultats obtenus peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme risqu\u00e9 car ils peuvent <strong>remettre en cause la qualit\u00e9 du travail<\/strong> des diff\u00e9rents intervenants. Un formateur ne souhaitera pas n\u00e9cessairement voir ses comp\u00e9tences discut\u00e9es. De plus, un manager ne souhaitera pas que l\u2019\u00e9chec rel\u00e8ve de sa responsabilit\u00e9 et le responsable de l\u2019apprentissage ne souhaitera pas voir ses d\u00e9cisions de gestion remises en cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, <strong>mesurer les r\u00e9sultats obtenus permet de rentrer dans une logique d'am\u00e9lioration continue<\/strong>. La qualit\u00e9 des sessions d'apprentissage ne pourra que s'am\u00e9liorer et les clients seront toujours plus satisfaits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"art_title\">L'\u00e9valuation d'une formation peut para\u00eetre co\u00fbteuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une appr\u00e9ciation&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 mal men\u00e9e dans une entreprise, elle aura n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du temps de la part des salari\u00e9s ainsi qu\u2019un investissement dans l\u2019acquisition d\u2019outils.
