En effet, ces solutions offrent la posibilit\u00e9 de prendre en compte les appr\u00e9ciations. Elles permettent \u00e9galement d'\u00e9valuer en amont les attentes et d'\u00e9valuer les acquis. De plus, elles informatisent le processus de gestion de la donn\u00e9e. Le plus connu&nbsp;est celui du chercheur am\u00e9ricain, <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%89valuation_de_la_formation_en_entreprise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald Kirkpatrick<\/a>, qu\u2019il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1959.&nbsp;Il \u00e9value le programme p\u00e9dagogique \u00e0&nbsp;travers quatre niveaux. Chaque niveau ayant un impact sur le suivant. Ce mod\u00e8le est le plus populaire et le plus utilis\u00e9. Le niveau 3 repr\u00e9sente l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> niveau : r\u00e9sultats<\/mark>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le quatri\u00e8me niveau permet de <strong>d\u00e9terminer l\u2019impact de l'apprentissage&nbsp;sur les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019impact organisationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">5\u00e8me niveau : retour sur investissement<\/mark>&nbsp; <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichi d\u2019un niveau suppl\u00e9mentaire&nbsp;par le consultant am\u00e9ricain Jack Phillips<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il permet de d\u00e9terminer&nbsp;si la session&nbsp;p\u00e9dagogique a permis de r\u00e9aliser des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices ou des \u00e9conomies par rapport \u00e0 son co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation d\u2019un programme, tous les niveaux ne sont pas toujours utilis\u00e9s. On pourra par exemple s\u2019arr\u00eater au 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> et ne pas mesurer le niveau 4, soit l\u2019impact de la session p\u00e9dagogique&nbsp;sur les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On constate aujourd\u2019hui que plus on progresse dans les niveaux du mod\u00e8le, moins ceux-ci sont pris en compte. Le niveau 1 est donc plus fr\u00e9quemment \u00e9valu\u00e9 que le niveau 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A l'origine, un cadre l\u00e9gal pour former plus, mais pas forc\u00e9ment mieux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, le syst\u00e8me de la <strong>Formation Professionnelle Continue<\/strong> (<strong>FPC<\/strong>) incite \u00e0 former de plus en plus les personnes engag\u00e9es dans la vie active, mais pas forcement mieux (pour plus de&nbsp;pr\u00e9cisions,&nbsp;consultez&nbsp;l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006068411&amp;dateTexte=20110411\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article de loi n\u00b0 71-575 du 16 juillet 1971<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les employeurs ont une obligation l\u00e9gale de participer au financement de la FPC. Cette participation ouvre droit au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emploi.gouv.fr\/dispositif\/compte-personnel-formation-cpf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CPF<\/a> qui s\u2019est substitu\u00e9 au DIF depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015. On ne parle pas ici d\u2019une obligation de r\u00e9sultats mais d\u2019une obligation de moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe cependant une obligation l\u00e9gale de mesurer les r\u00e9sultats obtenus. Cette obligation est d\u00e9crite dans l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000006904411\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article L.6353-1 du code du travail<\/a>. Pourtant, la loi ne d\u00e9crit pas les m\u00e9thodes \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mesurer les r\u00e9sultats obtenus, les organismes peuvent faire appel \u00e0 un logiciel de <strong>questionnaire en ligne<\/strong>. Il leur permettra de diffuser leur enqu\u00eate en amont, \u00e0 chaud ou \u00e0 froid. En effet, le chapitre 6.2.2 de la norme ISO 9001:2000 stipule qu\u2019une entreprise certifi\u00e9e doit mettre en place une appr\u00e9ciation&nbsp;de ses actions p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, la norme ISO 29990 pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019un organisme certifi\u00e9 doit mettre en place un dispositif de mesure des r\u00e9sultats plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 que celui d'un organisme non certifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La certification QUALIOPI<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La certification QUALIOPI est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape qui apporte un cadre \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation des formations. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de cette norme, les organismes doivent notamment produire des donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es sur la performance de la prestation et prouver qu'un processus d'\u00e9valuation a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. De plus, <strong>le 7\u00e8me crit\u00e8re Qualiopi impose aux organisme de receuillier les commentaires des apprenants<\/strong>. Une solution de questionnaire en ligne permet d'informatiser le processus et de le s\u00e9curiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'\u00e9valuation digitale : un levier strat\u00e9gique pour les organismes de formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation num\u00e9rique a profond\u00e9ment modifi\u00e9 les pratiques d'\u00e9valuation des formations. Au-del\u00e0 de la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire, les outils digitaux permettent une approche pr\u00e9dictive et personnalis\u00e9e. Les questionnaires en ligne offrent des fonctionnalit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es : scoring automatique, tableaux de bord en temps r\u00e9el et analyse comparative entre sessions. Cette digitalisation facilite le suivi longitudinal des apprenants, essentiel pour mesurer le transfert des comp\u00e9tences en situation de travail (niveau 3 de Kirkpatrick). Les organismes performants exploitent ces donn\u00e9es pour identifier les modules \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer et personnaliser les parcours. L'intelligence artificielle enrichit ces dispositifs en permettant l'analyse s\u00e9mantique des verbatims et la d\u00e9tection des tendances.
