Le <a href=\"https:\/\/eu.themyersbriggs.com\/fr-FR\/tools\/MBTI\">MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)<\/a> classe les individus selon 16 types de personnalit\u00e9. Il analyse la mani\u00e8re dont une personne per\u00e7oit le monde, prend ses d\u00e9cisions, interagit avec les autres et structure son quotidien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>mod\u00e8le Big Five<\/strong>, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 OCEAN, \u00e9value cinq traits fondamentaux : l'ouverture, la conscienciosit\u00e9, l'extraversion, l'agr\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et le n\u00e9vrosisme. Ce dernier est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour sa validit\u00e9 scientifique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>DISC<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 lui, se concentre sur quatre profils comportementaux : Dominant, Influent, Stable et Consciencieux.
