Trop souvent, l\u2019analyse des besoins n\u2019est pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Malheureusement, dans la plupart des cas, on constatera que le stage ne r\u00e9pond pas aux attentes et n\u2019est pas efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une formation efficace, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019identifier en amont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui permettront de d\u00e9finir la qualit\u00e9 de la session d'apprentissage. De ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9pendra la construction de l\u2019\u00e9valuation, qui permettra de juger de la qualit\u00e9 de la prestation. M\u00eame si une formation co\u00fbte en argent, il est important de comprendre les r\u00e9sultats que l'on souhaite obtenir pour en d\u00e9terminer la valeur.&nbsp; En effet, une session d'apprentissage&nbsp;ne se d\u00e9finit pas n\u00e9cessairement comme une comparaison entre l\u2019argent perdu ou gagn\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle et l\u2019investissement engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retour sur les attentes (ROE) est le meilleur indicateur pour d\u00e9terminer la valeur d\u2019un stage. En effet, il permet de d\u00e9finir la formation comme une contribution \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs et non comme une fin en soi, contrairement au ROI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en place d\u2019un plan d\u2019\u00e9valuation se pr\u00e9pare donc en amont. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de prendre en compte le retour sur les attentes, et non sur investissement. Le ROI est souvent contre-productif car il isole l\u2019effet du stage et ne prend en compte que la valeur mon\u00e9taire. Il devra en d\u00e9finir les attentes avec le demandeur, et si elles sont satisfaisantes et r\u00e9alistes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la formation est la solution au probl\u00e8me pos\u00e9, il est recommand\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir les conditions de r\u00e9ussite dans le cahier des charges pour bien construire le programme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, il arrive que suite \u00e0 l'analyse des attentes par le demandeur, on constate que la formation n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessairement la solution pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me pos\u00e9, ni la seule option. On pourra alors d\u00e9finir les crit\u00e8res de l\u2019\u00e9valuation qui indiqueront, en aval, si la session d'apprentissage&nbsp;est un succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9finir les crit\u00e8res de l\u2019\u00e9valuation permet de cibler le stage et de se focaliser sur les priorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">D\u00e9finir les comportements critiques<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019identifier les comportements sensible en situation de travail. Le plan d'\u00e9valuation doit les prendre en compte pour voir s'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 corrig\u00e9s ou modifi\u00e9s suite \u00e0 la formation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">D\u00e9finir les objectifs comportementaux<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les attentes exprim\u00e9es, les indicateurs et les crit\u00e8res d\u00e9finis, il est recommand\u00e9 de pr\u00e9ciser les objectifs comportementaux. Il s\u2019agit des comportements observables en situation de travail. Les objectifs doivent \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9s aux formateurs \u00e0 travers un cahier des charges par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette analyse apporte de nombreux avantages. En effet, elle permet de s\u2019assurer que la formation est la solution optimale, de v\u00e9rifier la coh\u00e9rence globale, de concevoir le programme, de fixer les objectifs et de responsabiliser les acteurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9finir les objectifs comportementaux permet d'int\u00e9grer des indicateurs dans la plan d'\u00e9valuation afin de mesurer le retour sur les attentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impliquer les parties prenantes dans le processus d'\u00e9valuation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite d'une <strong>\u00e9valuation bas\u00e9e sur le ROE<\/strong> repose \u00e9galement sur l'engagement de l'ensemble des parties prenantes. Le manager direct du collaborateur form\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le essentiel : c'est lui qui observera les changements comportementaux au quotidien et facilitera la mise en pratique des acquis. Il est donc recommand\u00e9 de l'associer d\u00e8s la d\u00e9finition des attentes, puis lors des \u00e9tapes d'\u00e9valuation post-formation. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le collaborateur doit comprendre les objectifs vis\u00e9s et s'engager dans une d\u00e9marche d'am\u00e9lioration continue. Enfin, la direction doit soutenir cette approche en accordant le temps n\u00e9cessaire au transfert des comp\u00e9tences sur le terrain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette implication collective transforme l'\u00e9valuation en un v\u00e9ritable levier de performance, o\u00f9 chaque acteur contribue \u00e0 la mesure du succ\u00e8s.
