Le consommateur ach\u00e8te de la satisfaction tout en essayant de la maximiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019un produit sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par des attributs (exemple&nbsp;: prix,&nbsp; dur\u00e9e de vie, mati\u00e8re\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparant les attributs d\u2019un produit avec ceux de la concurrence, on pourra d\u00e9terminer la satisfaction du client. On parle alors d\u2019un mod\u00e8le multi-attributs. Les trois principaux sont la subjectivit\u00e9, la relativit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La satisfaction est subjective<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne d\u00e9pend pas de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 objective mais de la perception d\u2019un produit ou d\u2019un service. Le produit d\u2019une entreprise peut \u00eatre le plus fonctionnel du march\u00e9, mais si certains clients n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019ensemble des fonctionnalit\u00e9s, ils diront qu\u2019il ne l\u2019est pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La satisfaction est relative<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle d\u00e9pend des attentes que le client a vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019un produit ou d\u2019un service. S\u2019il ne r\u00e9pond pas aux attentes, une entreprise qui propose le meilleur produit du march\u00e9 ne pourra pas g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la satisfaction. A l\u2019inverse, un produit qui r\u00e9pond aux attentes, g\u00e9n\u00e9rera du contentement m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019est pas le meilleur. <strong>Plus les attentes sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, plus la d\u00e9ception est grande<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains clients seront satisfaits s\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent que le ratio performance\/co\u00fbt est \u00e9quitable vis-\u00e0-vis de celui du fournisseur. Et cela ind\u00e9pendamment de la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La satisfaction est \u00e9volutive<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 \u00e9tant en constante \u00e9volution (chacun am\u00e9liore ses produits ou services pour gagner des parts de march\u00e9), la satisfaction des clients change en fonction de leurs attentes et des standards du march\u00e9. Elle va \u00e9voluer chez les clients pendant le cycle de vie et d\u2019utilisation du produit ou du service. Un client sera plus heureux apr\u00e8s l\u2019acte d\u2019achat. Cependant, ce sentiment diminuera au fil de l\u2019utilisation. Un client qui vit une exp\u00e9rience positive m\u00e9morable (accueil chaleureux, r\u00e9solution rapide d'un probl\u00e8me, attention personnalis\u00e9e) d\u00e9veloppe un attachement \u00e9motionnel qui d\u00e9passe la simple \u00e9valuation fonctionnelle du produit. \u00c0 l'inverse, une \u00e9motion n\u00e9gative comme la frustration ou le sentiment d'\u00eatre ignor\u00e9 amplifie consid\u00e9rablement l'insatisfaction, m\u00eame si le produit r\u00e9pond objectivement aux attentes. Les \u00e9tudes en psychologie du consommateur montrent que les souvenirs \u00e9motionnels influencent davantage les d\u00e9cisions futures que les \u00e9valuations rationnelles. Int\u00e9grer des questions sur le ressenti \u00e9motionnel dans vos enqu\u00eates permet d'identifier des leviers d'am\u00e9lioration invisibles dans une analyse purement fonctionnelle. Un client satisfait rationnellement mais indiff\u00e9rent \u00e9motionnellement reste vuln\u00e9rable aux offres concurrentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre les relations entre insatisfaction et satisfaction\u00a0: la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue et la qualit\u00e9 attendue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un client est m\u00e9content lorsque la \"qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue\" du produit ou du service est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la \"qualit\u00e9 attendue\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un client est satisfait lorsque la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 attendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un client est tr\u00e8s satisfait lorsque la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 attendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019un individu n\u2019est pas insatisfait sur un crit\u00e8re qu\u2019il est globalement satisfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre les interactions entre la satisfaction et la qualit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clients ont des attentes vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019un produit ou d\u2019un service. La mise en place d\u2019un processus d\u2019\u00e9coute permet \u00e0 l\u2019organisme ou \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de transformer ces attentes en \"qualit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e\" et d'apporter des am\u00e9liorations qui sont ensuite transmises ou communiqu\u00e9es aux clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On \u00e9valuera ensuite la satisfaction des clients sur la qualit\u00e9 attendue avant l\u2019achat et la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour satisfaire ses clients, il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de diminuer au maximum l\u2019\u00e9cart entre la qualit\u00e9 attendue et la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e9er un questionnaire en ligne pour \u00e9valuer les attentes des clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre au contact de ses acheteurs est primordial pour les entreprises qui souhaitent rester comp\u00e9titives. Pour cela, le questionnaire en ligne est un outil indispensable. Il permet d'interroger au bon moment ses clients et sur diff\u00e9rents canaux. Par exemple, il sera possible de soumettre un sondage directement apr\u00e8s l'acte d'achat d'un produit ou quelques jours, voir quelques semaines apr\u00e8s. Il sera \u00e9galement possible de publier le questionnaire sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme les informations sont trait\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, les entreprises peuvent identifier tr\u00e8s rapidement les points de blocage et mettre en place des plans d'actions tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer le contentement des acheteurs.
