Les clients satisfaits recommandent un produit ou un service \u00e0 de potentiels nouveaux acheteurs. Elle pr\u00e9cise que la direction doit montrer son engagement en communiquant au sein de l\u2019entreprise ou de l\u2019organisme l\u2019importance \u00e0 satisfaire les exigences des clients. Elle doit s\u2019assurer que les exigences des acheteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es et respect\u00e9es afin d\u2019accro\u00eetre leur contentement. Une enqu\u00eate annuelle convient pour mesurer l'\u00e9volution globale de la perception client et ajuster votre strat\u00e9gie. Des enqu\u00eates ponctuelles, d\u00e9clench\u00e9es apr\u00e8s un achat ou une interaction avec le service client, permettent de capter le ressenti \u00e0 chaud. Pour les entreprises en phase de changement (nouveau produit, refonte de service), des enqu\u00eates trimestrielles offrent un suivi plus r\u00e9actif.
