Il est aussi judicieux de collecter les retours apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement particulier comme un temps de formation, un recrutement ou encore apr\u00e8s un changement d\u2019organisation d\u2019un service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-indicateurs-a-prendre-en-compte\">Les indicateurs \u00e0 prendre en compte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s comme Google ou Facebook utilisent deux indicateurs pour \u00e9valuer le contentement des employ\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019Employee NPS (Net Promoter System)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019Employee Satisfaction Index ESI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-employee-nps\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">L\u2019Employee NPS<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Issu de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dragnsurvey.com\/blog\/calcul-net-promoter-score-nps-definition-presentation\/\">indicateur le plus utilis\u00e9 est l\u2019Employee NPS ou E-NPS<\/a>. Le principe est que les salari\u00e9s ambassadeurs vont pouvoir initier des exp\u00e9riences visant \u00e0 transformer les clients en ambassadeurs \u00e0 leur tour. \u00c0 partir de la question : \u00ab Recommanderiez-vous \u00e0 votre entourage de travailler pour l\u2019enseigne Y ? \u00bb, les interrog\u00e9s vont donner une note allant de 0 \u00e0 10. Cela va les permettre de les classer en trois groupes : les collaborateurs promoteurs, les collaborateurs neutres, et les collaborateurs d\u00e9tracteurs. Le E-NPS est le pourcentage obtenu quand on soustrait les d\u00e9tracteurs aux promoteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-employee-satisfaction-index-ou-nbsp-esi-nbsp\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#169c6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">L\u2019Employee Satisfaction Index ou \u00ab&nbsp;<em>ESI<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre indicateur utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer la satisfaction des salari\u00e9s est l\u2019ESI. Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019Employee NPS, l\u2019ESI est calcul\u00e9 sur la base de trois questions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c0 quel point \u00eates-vous satisfait de votre lieu de travail actuel ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans quelle mesure votre lieu de travail actuel r\u00e9pond-il \u00e0 vos attentes ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelle est la proximit\u00e9 de votre lieu de travail actuel avec l'id\u00e9al ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019interrog\u00e9 donne une note allant de 1 \u00e0 10. Pour calculer l\u2019ESI, il faut appliquer la r\u00e8gle suivante : (Moyenne des notes \/ 3) x 100. Bien s\u00fbr, plus le score est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus on peut dire que les salari\u00e9s sont heureux au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-themes-aborder-dans-le-questionnaire\">Quels th\u00e8mes aborder dans le questionnaire ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que le questionnaire soit efficace et que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus donnent une vision r\u00e9elle du contentement des employ\u00e9s, il doit ob\u00e9ir \u00e0 certaines r\u00e8gles et aborder des th\u00e8mes pr\u00e9cis. Les questions doivent \u00eatre formul\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on claire et ne pas laisser de place \u00e0 la subjectivit\u00e9.
