Selon le rapport Gallup 2025, l'engagement des employ\u00e9s a chut\u00e9 \u00e0 21% dans le monde, enregistrant l'une des plus fortes baisses en douze ans. Ce d\u00e9sengagement co\u00fbte 438 milliards de dollars en perte de productivit\u00e9 annuelle. En Europe, la situation est encore plus pr\u00e9occupante avec seulement 13% de collaborateurs engag\u00e9s. La principale cause identifi\u00e9e est la baisse de l'engagement des managers, pass\u00e9 de 30% \u00e0 27%. Face \u00e0 ces chiffres alarmants,<strong> mesurer la satisfaction des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> n'est plus une option mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique. Les entreprises qui investissent dans l'\u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du bien-\u00eatre de leurs \u00e9quipes disposent d'indicateurs pr\u00e9cieux pour agir rapidement et inverser cette tendance inqui\u00e9tante qui impacte directement leur performance \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-symetrie-des-attentions-quand-la-satisfaction-client-depend-de-celle-des-employes\">La sym\u00e9trie des attentions : quand la satisfaction client d\u00e9pend de celle des employ\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e est en fait logique. Plus les collaborateurs sont heureux au travail, plus leur productivit\u00e9 et leur efficacit\u00e9 sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cette constatation est vraie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral mais elle est encore plus v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e dans le contexte de la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi la sym\u00e9trie des relations prouve que <strong>la qualit\u00e9 relationnelle entre une structure et ses salari\u00e9s est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 relationnelle entre l\u2019entreprise et ses clients<\/strong>. Si on part du constat qu\u2019un travailleur bien trait\u00e9 a plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 reproduire ce comportement bienveillant, un collaborateur heureux au travail, motiv\u00e9 et engag\u00e9 aura plus de capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre de fa\u00e7on efficace aux demandes des clients. Ce m\u00eame client sera donc ravi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises qui \u0153uvrent pour le bonheur au travail de leurs salari\u00e9s ont un meilleur taux de contentement aupr\u00e8s de leurs clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette th\u00e9orie est d\u2019autant plus significative lorsqu'on aborde le cas des \u00e9quipes directement en contact avec les clients. Une \u00e9tude d\u00e9montre m\u00eame qu\u2019<strong>une augmentation de 10 % de l\u2019engagement des travailleurs aurait pour effet une augmentation de 5 % de la qualit\u00e9 du service<\/strong> fourni et de 2 % du profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir une exp\u00e9rience client optimale, il est donc important de prendre en compte le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s au travail. C\u2019est pourquoi sa mesure est essentielle. En effet, des clients m\u00e9contents deviennent des clients perdus, l'image de marque de l'entreprise se fragilise, la fid\u00e9lisation devient plus difficile et bien s\u00fbr cela entra\u00eene une diminution du chiffre d\u2019affaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, mettre en place des strat\u00e9gies pertinentes de connaissance et satisfaction client est n\u00e9cessaire. Elle sert \u00e0 mesurer, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un questionnaire, le degr\u00e9 de contentement ou de m\u00e9contentement des salari\u00e9s d\u2019une structure. Un comit\u00e9 de pilotage compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et de la direction, pr\u00e9sents en proportions \u00e9gales doit accepter le questionnaire avant de le diffuser aux travailleurs. C\u2019est une technique de management tr\u00e8s efficace qui permet deux choses : les travailleurs \u00e9cout\u00e9s se sentent valoris\u00e9s et reconnus en voyant que leur avis est pris en compte. Les managers, de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 ont l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de rep\u00e9rer les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les salari\u00e9s et d\u2019y apporter des r\u00e9ponses et des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration.
