Pour cela il est important de mettre en place une d\u00e9marche participative, qui permette de\u00a0donner \u00e0 chacun l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de s\u2019exprimer librement et de fa\u00e7on anonyme sur son quotidien de travail. Cabinet d\u2019experts missionn\u00e9, nous garantissons l\u2019anonymat, la confidentialit\u00e9 et l\u2019impartialit\u00e9 dans l\u2019analyse.
